Coronavirus – Keeping everyone safe
Please note that from Friday 13th March, Rural Links activity groups will be suspended for a few weeks. This is to reduce risks for all until the coronavirus situation becomes more clear. Existing members of any groups can call 01275 333700 to register for updates relating to a specific group.
Thank you for your understanding at this time.

The Rural Links Team
We are a small team dedicated to providing a range of activities and events for rural communities in North East Somerset. In October 2017 we established Wellness Wednesday in the Chew Valley which gathers momentum. We are now very active in supporting Timsbury Together, an initiative to bring more local people out of their homes to enjoy activities in the village. New in August 2019 – Cabinet of Curiosities with Alison Farrar – First Thursday of the month, 2-3pm, Timsbury Community Library and Hub. New in 2020 – activity morning in Farmborough and Paulton. Transport Solutions
We know that the biggest limiting factor for attending events, activities and social gathering is the lack of transport. We are exploring new ways to help people; car sharing, volunteer drivers, small group transport, a wheelchair accessible vehicle and using existing community transport solutions.
